The tandem rollers oscillate 30 degrees. This allows for good ground contact through the roller pivot plate terrain adjustment mechanism. They are mounted with 1″ or 1½” diameter bearings for long trouble free operation.
The cone shaped spikes are 1½” in length. Due to their unique taper design the spikes do not lift the ground from the aeration hole but leave a constant pattern resulting in even seeding. The double spike roller will leave over 1700 perforations / sq. yard.
The over-seeder was designed with efficiency in mind. The internal agitator and bearing assembly deliver a smooth constant working action for steady seed flow.
The seed rate is achieved through an innovative locking knob adjustment control which delivers a quick and positive seed drop, allowing for maximum seed spread accuracy. The seed flow is turned on and off by a hydraulic cylinder controlled by the operator.
