RotaDairon offers their SOIL RENOVATOR for a perfect seed bed in ONE PASS. With reverse rotation blades, screening rods, grader blade, and packer roller, the RotaDairon SOIL RENOVATOR is able to perform several functions at once, making it the most efficient seed bed preparation available.
Key Features:

Adjustable Working depth: By simply turning the screw jacks, the working depth can be adjusted quickly in the field. This allows you go as deep as 12”, or as shallow as required.

Chain Drive: Specifically manufactured for RotaDairon, the double chain on each side is then treated with Chromium and checked for durability at Dairon factory prior to installation.

Oversized Heavy Duty Gearbox: Rated up to 400hp, the gearbox is manufactured to the highest quality in the Dairon factory.

Hydraulic Clutches on Rotor Sides: For added safety, RotaDairon has a patented hydraulic clutch system mounted directly on both ends of the rotor. In the case that you engage unwanted materials, (i.e. Stumps, large rocks, etc) the machine rotor stops turning, but allows the chain and PTO to continue. This prevents the transfer of unwanted shock to vital machine parts. This is a huge advantage over the traditional PTO shaft mounted clutch, which allows transmission of shock all the way through the machine before reaching the safety clutch.

Inertia Wheel: Located in front of the gear box, the inertia wheel acts as both a protective clutch, while also decreasing tractor power requirement.

Double Hull Frame: Not only does the double hull design considerably strengthen the body frame, it also keeps the exterior of the machine from receiving dings and dents and remains aesthetically pleasing.

Machine Sides: With any tiller, the machine sides take extra wear and can shorten the life of your machine. To counteract this, the RotaDairon sides are manufactured from special HLE steel, commonly used in heavy duty civil works applications, adding years of life to your machine.

Non-panning Blades: The patented “V” body blades is the most effective blade pattern available. Acting as a shovel, these blades do not loose surface area as they rotate around the rotor, like a traditional “L” shaped blade does. This also keeps material from getting “jammed” between the blade and frame. RotaDairon blades are specially hardened, and come with a stamp from the factory to ensure you are getting genuine parts.

Screening Rods: The screening rods are the secret that allows the machine to sort and bury material. These rods are “Guaranteed Unbreakable” by the Dairon factory, and come with a lifetime warranty. The screen is also removable, allowing you to work without the screen as needed.

Grader Blade and Packer Roller: The RotaDairon provides a firm, level and clean finish to the seed bed, due to the grader blade and rear packer roller. The blade levels, and the roller(choice of mesh or cultipacker) firms and finishes ready for seed or sod.
